View Full Version : FNB bank manager steals clients’ money: What should be done?
I just heard on enews about an FNB bank manager who stole money from FNB clients. FNB did not refund the clients.
I think this should be FNB’s responsibility. Your feeling?

hmmm, I find that strange.... I think many of those client's will approach the ombudsman.
Their staff = their resposibility.
Clients can be secure in their passwords/access, but if someone has access to the bank's computers & programs/passwords to access that info how can clients protect their money from them?
Is there a news link on this somewhere, yet?

This is a really tricky one but I also feel that many people unwittingly trusted this person because they worked at the bank.
It's the same thing as if a bank's cashier gave my information to a gang of thieves - I'd hold the bank responsible.

I would imagine the bank would have some sort of insurance against this kind of theft - they should payout from that.

Off with his head. Payout to customer.

What's that saying - the customer is always right :D.
