ICASA hesitant on fines for poor service
The Independent Communications Authority of SA (ICASA) says it has not yet imposed any fines on South African operators for ‘poor quality of service’ - however, two operators are currently before the Complaints and Compliance Committee (CCC) relating to service issues.
