Infinity Fibre – new provider offers aggressive FTTH/B pricing with amazing value adds
As more Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre to the Business (FTTB) is deployed, more consumers and businesses are keen to access high bandwidth broadband services such as video on demand and gaming.
Infinity Fibre, the consumer division of established Enterprise Internet Service Provider (ISP) XDSL, has launched an aggressively priced range of Uncapped FTTH and FTTB packages for consumers and businesses that include some very attractive value adds.
What makes Infinity Fibre’s offering so appealing is the strong relationships the company has forged with carefully selected vendors, Tier 1 carriers and a formidable network of business partners.
It includes a range of enhanced solutions other ISPs will find hard to match. These include the free Voice over IP (VoIP) number, line, voice voucher and complementary content subscription to video on demand content that comes with every FTTH package.
A lot of thought has gone into the offerings, with creative thinking on value adds for home and small business users backed by high levels of support.
This includes a standard helpdesk and local and international failover on entry-level products, to firewall security, proactive monitoring and full end-to-end management and maintenance.
Infinity Fibre’s range of broadband solutions include:

The ADSL and VDSL small business offering tiers up from a 2Mbps to 40Mbps line options with basic, advanced and premium uncapped service options offering users different levels of support with a minimum 12-month subscription.
In terms of pricing, consider R325 including VAT for an uncapped 4Mbps ADSL/VDSL or a 10Mbps ADSL/VDSL line for R495.00 including VAT.
These rates exclude the Telkom Line rental but includes the DSL Line rental
Infinity Fibre’s FTTH/B offerings come in 10, 20, 50 and 100Mbps packages with a free VoIP number and line and free voice voucher per month.
Pricing ranges from R689 to R1 549 per month for FTTH solutions and R879 to R2 999 per month for FTTB lines.
The FTTB offerings come with additional value-adds such as onsite installation, an onsite firewall, 24/7 live tech support, a free VoIP number and 15 concurrent channels.
For a nominal additional fee, Infinity Fibre will include Interactive Voice Response (IVR), conference calling and voice to email services.
