Inside a R45 million penthouse overlooking the V&A Marina in Cape Town

Cape Town is one of the hottest luxury property markets in South Africa, and this R45 million penthouse apartment on the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town is a prime example of how the super wealthy live.

The apartment covers 502 square metres, and features three bedrooms, two reception rooms and a stunning views of Cape Town’s busiest areas.

According to the latest data from property group, Seeff, Cape Town has no shortage of R20 million-plus properties on the market.

The Cape is one of the biggest luxury property markets in the country, accounting for seven of the top ten most exclusive and expensive suburbs in the land.

Specifically, Clifton – which saw a record-setting sale of a R111 million home in October – is the most expensive, with houses going for R20 million on average.

While the V&A isn’t in one of these exclusive suburbs, it is certainly not without its opulent options, as evidenced by this apartment.

The waterfront is a popular destination for international tourists and is known for its international brands.

This is what it looks like inside the R45 million luxury penthouse, according to Pam Golding.
