Stephen Pacak cashes in on 15,000 Naspers shares

Naspers non-executive director, Stephen Pacak, cashed in on 15,000 Naspers shares on Tuesday, worth a total value of just below R38 million.
Naspers, a multinational internet and media group, has seen its share price grow from R450 to in excess of R2,585 over the past five years, giving the company a market cap of more than R1.1 trillion.
Pacak is a non-executive director on the Naspers board and a director of MultiChoice South Africa, having began his career with Naspers at M-Net in 1988. He is also a former chief financial officer of the group.
The JSE announced a sale of the shares by the family trust of Steve Pacak on Tuesday, at a price per share of approximately R2,525.
