Hiring Bounty, a new recruitment startup founded by Greg Schneider in August 2012, is planning to disrupt the online recruitment market by using crowdsourcing to find the best candidates for companies.
Hiring Bounty allows individuals to get paid to recommend their friends, ex-colleagues and business contacts for positions listed on the site. Levering the network effect, Hiring Bounty employs Crowdsourcing to connect the right individual with the right jobs.
“Clients pay significantly less, job seekers find jobs more quickly, referrers earn well and Hiring Bounty takes a commission on successful hires that have been at the job for 3 months or more,” explained Schneider.
While Shier would not divulge current revenues, he said that are currently achieving upward of 10% weekly growth on 95% of their business metrics.
