EOH Holdings has announced that it has appointed Megan Pydigadu as its new group financial director.
Pydigadu has previously held senior financial positions at De Beers and Bateman, and most recently was CFO for Mix Telematics Limited for over six years.
Pydigadu replaces John King, who resigned from the position on 3 October.
Stephen van Coller, CEO of EOH Holdings, said: “I am really pleased to have secured the services of Megan, at a time when we are not only rebuilding EOH… but are actively pursuing organic growth.”
Van Coller thanked King for his work, and said he is confident that the EOH executive team will deliver on the company’s strategy.
Pydigadu will begin her work at the group on 15 January 2019.
