Vodacom and MTN staff flocking to Cell C
Half of Cell C’s top management comprises of former Vodacom employees, and the migration of Vodacom and MTN employees to Cell C is continuing. This is word from Cell C CEO, Alan Knott-Craig.
Knott-Craig said that, apart from the strong presence of former Vodacom staff members in top management, lower management levels are also starting to show a large percentage of former Vodacom and MTN employees.
Knott-Craig added that, apart from one executive which he approached, all the people who have joined Cell C knocked on their door.
The Cell C CEO said that they are privileged that some of the best people in the South African mobile market have joined them, and that the experience which they brought with them is making a big difference at Cell C.
