A look at four R30 million+ houses in Cape Town’s ‘ultra luxury’ Kerzner Estate

Four luxury houses recently launched for sale in Cape Town’s Kerzner Estate, starting at R30.995 million and going up to R43.995 million.

The 10 hectare Kerzner Estate, is located high on Leeukoppie and offers views of Chapman’s Peak, the bay, valley and mountains.

There are 48 plots of around 1,500sqm each and a choice of super luxury designer homes, each uniquely tailored to the individual site and incorporate greening and natural building materials.

House sizes range from 374sqm-738sqm, and the number of bedrooms varies.

Five luxury properties by TTJ Developments by Janet Silva at the estate recently launched, with four still available for sale.

With prices ranging from R30.995 million to R43.995 million, each of the four homes—Serenity House, Sanctuary House, Paradise House, and Majestic House—carries a unique design matching the aesthetic of the surroundings.

The estate is dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of the area, with alien vegetation replaced by indigenous fynbos to maintain the unique biodiversity.

Eco-conscious features, from double-glazed windows to provisions for rainwater harvesting, reflect the estate’s commitment to sustainable living.
