DigiCore FD Schindehutte resigns

JSE-listed DigiCore Holdings on Tuesday advised that Francois Schindehutte has resigned as group financial director with immediate effect, to pursue his own interests.
The group, which specialises in the research, design, development, manufacture, sales and support of technologically advanced GPS/GSM fleet management and vehicle tracking solutions said it is actively engaged in identifying and appointing a replacement.
