Dialogue group set for AltX listings termination

The JSE advised on Friday that call centre outsourcing business Dialogue Group (DLG), is set to delist from the AltX, the alternative exchange at the JSE on Monday, February 13.
The exchange said that the termination of the group’s listing was “due to the company’s failure to inject viable assets which meet with the criteria for listing”.
The JSE advised that the record date to determine the shareholders’ register will be February 10.
In September, Dialogue Group reported a loss before tax of R2.11 million for the six months ended June 2011, and total comprehensive loss attributable to equity holders of the parent of R11.74 million or 3.9 cents per diluted share.
The group’s market cap as at December 6, stood at R6 million.
