{"id":100576,"date":"2015-10-08T11:58:48","date_gmt":"2015-10-08T09:58:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=100576"},"modified":"2015-10-08T11:58:48","modified_gmt":"2015-10-08T09:58:48","slug":"seacom-launches-business-fibre-and-cloud-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/broadband\/100576\/seacom-launches-business-fibre-and-cloud-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Seacom launches business fibre and cloud services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seacom has entered the enterprise market, promising best-in-class connectivity and cloud services at competitive prices.<\/p>\n<p>The launch offerings include fibre Internet access, with options ranging from 25Mbps up to 1Gbps.<\/p>\n<p>Since a soft launch of its enterprise offering a year ago, Seacom said its business division is already signing up more than 20 corporate and SME customers a month.<\/p>\n<p>It has also appointed around 20 business partners to support its drive into the new market.<\/p>\n<p>Its fibre Internet access services have been available since January 2015, and have received positive feedback from the marketplace, said Seacom.<\/p>\n<p>Grant Parker, Head of Seacom Business, said they aim to shake up the enterprise connectivity space by offering high-speed businesses connectivity and quality bandwidth at an affordable price.<\/p>\n<p><a  data-lightbox=\"post-image\" href=\"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Seacom-cable-map-23-March-2013.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34183\" src=\"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Seacom-cable-map-23-March-2013.jpg\" alt=\"Seacom cable map \" width=\"600\" height=\"543\" srcset=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Seacom-cable-map-23-March-2013.jpg 856w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Seacom-cable-map-23-March-2013-300x271.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Last-mile fibre is a focus for Seacom in the corporate market.
