A driving expert says that the majority of minibus taxi drivers in South Africa are better drivers than general road users.<\/p>\n
In an interview with News24, Eugene Herbert from driver safety company, Masterdrive, said: “I believe that most taxi drivers are better drivers than you and I.”<\/p>\n
Herbert inferred that taxi drivers were made to drive cars that were mostly unroadworthy everyday. He stressed that they weren’t necessarily safer drivers; however, he called for a mind shift when it comes to using the road in the country.<\/p>\n
