{"id":102214,"date":"2015-10-26T08:35:09","date_gmt":"2015-10-26T06:35:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=102214"},"modified":"2015-10-26T08:35:09","modified_gmt":"2015-10-26T06:35:09","slug":"feesmustfall-protests-to-continue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/trending\/102214\/feesmustfall-protests-to-continue\/","title":{"rendered":"#FeesMustFall protests to continue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) students decided on Sunday that they will demand that their exams be postponed indefinitely while they continue protesting for free education\u201a Business Day reported.<\/p>\n<p>The students\u2019 battle had been won \u2014 President Jacob Zuma agreed there would be no fee increases next year \u2014 but the war was far from over\u201a students around the country said on Sunday as they deliberated on the next step in their protest.<\/p>\n<p>National Shutdown Coalition leader Anele Nzimande said that a meeting on Sunday at Wits university\u2019s Senate House\u201a renamed Solomon Mahlangu House by students\u201a had agreed that the protests should continue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Don&#8217;t bluff us.
