{"id":105957,"date":"2015-12-02T10:39:15","date_gmt":"2015-12-02T08:39:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=105957"},"modified":"2015-12-02T10:39:15","modified_gmt":"2015-12-02T08:39:15","slug":"itec-sees-change-in-ownership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/business\/105957\/itec-sees-change-in-ownership\/","title":{"rendered":"Itec sees change in ownership"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Itec, <span class=\"st\">suppliers of office automation, telecommunications, and rental finance,\u00a0 has restructured its ownership, following a management buy-out.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A consortium comprising the Itec management team, Investec Bank and Khulasande Capital, a black-owned and controlled private equity and investment vehicle, has purchased all of the issued shares in the Itec group.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the majority of Itec shares were held by non-SA residents.<\/p>\n<p>According to Itec chief executive officer Philip Perkins, the management buy-out comes with numerous benefits and is going to yield several new opportunities.
