{"id":108201,"date":"2016-01-06T14:15:47","date_gmt":"2016-01-06T12:15:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=108201"},"modified":"2016-01-06T14:15:47","modified_gmt":"2016-01-06T12:15:47","slug":"we-are-sorry-have-free-data-vodacom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/mobile\/108201\/we-are-sorry-have-free-data-vodacom\/","title":{"rendered":"We are sorry, have free data: Vodacom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vodacom will compensate subscribers hit by its double debit bug on New Year\u2019s for additional bank charges and lost interest.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s the word from Vodacom\u2019s executive head of corporate affairs Tshepo Ramodibe, who was <a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/primediabroadcasting\" target=\"_blank\">answering questions<\/a> about the issue on 702 and Cape Talk.<\/p>\n<p>The company also told subscribers it will give them 500MB of free data as an apology\u00a0for the inconvenience.
