The City of Cape Town also denied that it was its banner.<\/p>\n<p>No other party or business has claimed responsibility for the signage. The advertising space reportedly costs about R250,000 a month to occupy.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the DA took <a href=\"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/government\/47117\/e-tolls-proudly-brought-to-you-by-the-anc\/\">similar tactics<\/a> in criticising the ruling party for its implementation of e-tolling in Gauteng.
