Financial services and consulting group Deloitte has announced the acquisition of US based mobile agency \u00dcbermind, Inc,\u00a0 with the aim of expanding its systems integration and enterprise technology capabilities.<\/p>\n
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n

Khan, along with \u00dcbermind founder Donald Brady, would join Deloitte Consulting LLP as principals.<\/p>\n
