Virgin Money insurance has announced that the group’s partnership with Dial Direct has ended.<\/p>\n
Virgin Money and Dial Direct had been in partnership since October 2010, where Virgin’s short- and long-term insurance polices were underwritten by the Dial Direct and 1Life Insurance.<\/p>\n
Effective 1 March 2016, the partnership will come to an end, and Virgin Money clients will have their policies moved directly to Dial Direct.<\/p>\n
“As the two businesses are moving in different directions, the current partnership is not being renewed, through mutual and amicable consent,” Virgin said.<\/p>\n
The changes will have minimal impact on clients, the group noted.<\/p>\n
Policies will still be provided, administered and underwritten by Dial Direct, whose branding will now reflect on all documentation.<\/p>\n
“This change will have no effect on your policy contract or your premium,” it said. “The only change is that all Virgin Money policies will now be handled directly by Dial Direct and 1Life Insurance.”<\/p>\n
