MTN \u201cfuelled the Boko Haram insurgency in northeast Nigeria\u201d by not disconnecting\u00a0millions of unregistered users, according to Nigerian president Muhammadu Buhari.<\/p>\n
An AFP report on eNCA<\/a><\/strong> stated that mobile operators in Nigeria were ordered to disconnect unregistered SIMs by mid-2015.
