The 625 square metre house<\/a>, built in 2001, designed by architect Raymond Alexander, offers the unique feature of having a second floor which can fully rotate – giving you access to whichever view you like.<\/p>\n

The top floor is accessed via a walkway, which can be raised or lowered at will, and clocks in at a massive 850 tons. The 275 square metre area sits on top of 60cm high ball bearings which, when powered by a motor, can rotate the entire section by 350 degrees.<\/p>\n

The ground floor offers a separate entrance to a large flat with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and single garage.<\/p>\n

The revolving section consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom interlinked with both bedrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room, family room, study, guest cloakroom and a kitchen.<\/p>\n
