{"id":122313,"date":"2016-05-03T13:32:26","date_gmt":"2016-05-03T11:32:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=122313"},"modified":"2016-05-03T13:32:26","modified_gmt":"2016-05-03T11:32:26","slug":"rmb-holdings-takes-25-stake-in-atterbury","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/banking\/122313\/rmb-holdings-takes-25-stake-in-atterbury\/","title":{"rendered":"RMB Holdings takes 25% stake in Atterbury"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rand Merchant Bank Holdings (RMH) says it aims to diversify its portfolio, starting with a 25.01% stake in Atterbury Property Group, the developers of Mall of Africa.<\/p>\n<p>RMH has been a focused investment holding company with the only investment being its 34% stake in FirstRand, until now.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;RMH intends to make a 25.01% equity investment in leading South African property group, Atterbury.
