{"id":125055,"date":"2016-05-30T10:03:48","date_gmt":"2016-05-30T08:03:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=125055"},"modified":"2016-05-31T14:57:51","modified_gmt":"2016-05-31T12:57:51","slug":"here-is-the-official-petrol-price-for-june-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/energy\/125055\/here-is-the-official-petrol-price-for-june-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Here is the official petrol price for June 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Road users will see a massive jump in the petrol and diesel prices this Wednesday (1 June\u00a02016).<\/p>\n<p>The Central Energy Fund has released the official fee changes for the month, pointing to a 52 cents jump in all grades of petrol, and a 76 jump in diesel.<\/p>\n<p>These are the changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Petrol 95<\/strong> &#8211; 52 cents litre<\/li>\n<li><strong>Petrol 93<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a052 cents litre<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diesel<\/strong> &#8211; 76 cents litre<\/li>\n<li><strong>Illuminating paraffin<\/strong> &#8211; 83 cents per litre<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gas<\/strong> &#8211; 98 cents per kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The average international product prices of Petrol, Diesel and Illuminating Paraffin increased during the period under review, the CEF said.<\/p>\n<p>The Rand weakened against the US Dollar, on average, when compared to the previous period.
