Jeff Weiner will remain CEO of LinkedIn, reporting to Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft,\u201d said Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReid Hoffman, chairman of the board, co-founder and controlling shareholder of LinkedIn, and Weiner both fully support this transaction.
