bidder in July 2016, with an opening bid at R20 million, after the house failed to attract buyers at an original price of R70 million.<\/p>\n<p>The luxurious and ultra-modern &#8216;Glass House&#8217; is located off Rocklands Road in the suburb of Rooi Els, overlooking False Bay in the Western Cape.<\/p>\n<p>According to High Street Auctions, features of the house include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 En-suite bedrooms<\/li>\n<li>Fully fitted kitchen<\/li>\n<li>Pool &amp; Jacuzzi on deck<\/li>\n<li>Gym \/ entertainment area<\/li>\n<li>Laundry<\/li>\n<li>Underfloor heating throughout<\/li>\n<li>Integrated alarm system<\/li>\n<li>6 Automated garages<\/li>\n<li>Automated blinds on all windows and hydraulic shutters on all sides<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The house has reportedly been on the market for in excess of two years, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fin24.com\/Companies\/Property\/see-what-highest-bidder-will-get-for-buying-ex-abil-boss-leon-kirkinis-mansion-20160627\" target=\"_blank\">News24<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The developer is listed as Upbeat Properties 167, while the architects were Elphick Proome Architects and the interior was designed by Elphick Proome Interiors, News24 said.<\/p>\n<p><a  data-lightbox=\"post-image\"
