{"id":136601,"date":"2016-09-14T10:13:46","date_gmt":"2016-09-14T08:13:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=136601"},"modified":"2016-09-14T10:13:46","modified_gmt":"2016-09-14T08:13:46","slug":"media24-offloads-inet-bfa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/trending\/136601\/media24-offloads-inet-bfa\/","title":{"rendered":"Media24 offloads INET BFA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>IRESS has entered into an agreement to acquire INET BFA from Media24 for a R149.6 million.<\/p>\n<p>INET BFA delivers data feeds, financial analysis and information, and research to investment managers, auditors, corporations, and government institutions.<\/p>\n<p>IRESS said the acquisition will strengthen its capabilities in South Africa, adding to its trading, market data, portfolio, and wealth management services.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the transaction, 118 people will join IRESS.
