But despite its heft price tag, the car which can be purchased in Joburg exclusively, sold seven units in August alone, and has offloaded 13 in total.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Bentayga features a\u00a06.0-litre W12 that produces\u00a0447kW (600hp) and\u00a0900Nm of torque.<\/p>\n<p>It goes from 0-100km\/h in 4.0 seconds and reaches a top speed of 301km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>Bentley said the cabin of the car is as impressive as its performance, finished with wood, leather, and fine metal.<\/p>\n<p>Standard features include an\u00a08-speed automatic transmission with permanent all-wheel drive, and infotainment centre with Wi-Fi connectivity, and air suspension.<\/p>\n<p><a  data-lightbox=\"post-image\" href=\"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Bentley-Bentayga.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-new-size wp-image-126477\" src=\"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Bentley-Bentayga-640x430.jpg\" alt=\"Bentley-Bentayga\" width=\"640\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Bentley-Bentayga.jpg 640w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Bentley-Bentayga-300x202.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jaguar\u2019s new F-Pace SUV meanwhile, went on sale in July, with 52 units sold in August, according to Naamsa.<\/p>\n<p>The manufacturer\u2019s \u201cmost practical sports car\u201d comes in a range of petrol and diesel models, with the entry-level F-Pace packing a 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces 132kW.<\/p>\n<p>Read: <a href=\"http:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/motoring\/123007\/jaguar-reveals-suv-pricing-for-south-africa\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Jaguar reveals SUV pricing for South Africa<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Starting at <strong>R776,800<\/strong>, the F-Pace competes against the likes of Audi and BMW in South Africa.
