A R50 million mansion in Bedfordview, Johannesburg has come onto market, offering 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a rather strange hook – a nautical theme inspired by the Titanic.<\/p>\n

The house\u00a0can be found on the\u00a0north slopes of Kloof road in Bedfordview, Johannesburg, according to its public listing on Chas Everitt<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All d\u00e9cor, furniture and features within the house are custom made and designed to enhance the theme, and the\u00a0house even features a 15 metre tall lighthouse with a 360 degree panoramic view of the countryside.<\/p>\n

The mansion consists of two edifices: a\u00a0three storey main residential edifice, which has lounges and dining rooms with a Hollywood flair, two cinema rooms with surround sound, and\u00a0an indoor pool and bar.<\/p>\n

The second edifice features a three meter tropical fish tank with an extensive sushi bar, fully equipped kitchen, cigar lounge, DJ connected counter, pool table and bar.<\/p>\n

One of the more remarkable features of the house is a\u00a0specially engineered Titanic connecting bridge, and a ‘Titanic’\u00a0caf\u00e9 leading with\u00a0a nightclub venue and entertainment area seating 52 people.<\/p>\n

And in case you ever forget the theme –\u00a0the whole home is filled with water features and murals of the Titanic – including a sinking ship mural over one of the beds.<\/p>\n
