following the launch of phase one\u00a0 &#8211; Giovanni Luxury Terrace Apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Blue Rock\u00a0Village is a R14 billion\u00a0upgrade to the current Blue Rock Resort located in Somerset West, in Cape Town, aimed at becoming South Africa\u2019s \u2018greenest\u2019 city \u2013 the first with a six-star green rating from the\u00a0Green Building Council South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>The village will be \u2018car-free\u2019 with all parking to be underground, while apartments will use energy efficient appliances; LED lighting; water-management systems from showers to irrigation; solar
