The top 10 of those CEOs &#8211; all of whom are based in America &#8211; run firms with a combined market cap of $3 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>And one of them is South African born Paypal creator, Elon Musk who places at No.21 on the overall list.<\/p>\n<p>Musk is a\u00a0current Wall Street darling, manufacturing innovative electric cars and solar products through his company Tesla, and designing and deploying advanced rockets and spacecraft, with SpaceX.
