{"id":150005,"date":"2017-01-11T11:43:11","date_gmt":"2017-01-11T09:43:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=150005"},"modified":"2017-01-11T11:43:11","modified_gmt":"2017-01-11T09:43:11","slug":"fnb-connect-is-experiencing-downtime","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/technology\/150005\/fnb-connect-is-experiencing-downtime\/","title":{"rendered":"FNB Connect is experiencing downtime"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FNB said it is aware of an\u00a0intermittent issue which is impacting its Connect service.<\/p>\n<p>FNB Connect customers complained on Twitter and to MyBroadband that they were unable to make calls or connect to the Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Customers also complained that they were unable to load airtime or data through the service.<\/p>\n<p>Shadrack Palmer, Chief Commercial Officer for FNB Connect, said: \u201cFNB is aware of an intermittent issue that is impacting some of the Connect support services.
