Technology service provider EOH has acquired 100% of niche ICT firm, Cornastone.<\/p>\n
Cornastone\u00a0provides\u00a0niche support services to telecommunications network operators in the areas of call centre operations, billing operations, revenue assurance and operational data analysis.<\/p>\n
It also provides Application Managed Services (AMS)\u00a0as well as\u00a0unique revenue management and revenue protection solutions to the public sector.<\/p>\n
Cornastone has been in business for over 15 years with an annual turnover in excess of R300 million. It has 280 people and over 100 enterprise customers across a variety of industries.<\/p>\n
According to EOH, the Cornastone will enhance the group’s existing service offerings and improves its capability in the market place.<\/p>\n
Joining the broader EOH platform will in turn enable Cornastone to reach many more customers, expand geographically and enhance its delivery capacity, the group said.<\/p>\n
The acquistion is still\u00a0subject to regulatory approval.<\/p>\n
