Telkom\u2019s<\/a> consumer mobile arm 8ta<\/a>,\u00a0has launched a social & email plan for BlackBerry<\/a> users\u00a0for R30 per month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) offering includes: BlackBerry Messenger (BBM)<\/a>, BlackBerry mail, Internet browsing, social networking, BlackBerry App World, a web-based e-mail account (8tamail, Gmail, or Yahoo! mail).<\/p>\n

According to the 8ta press statement announcing the deal, the main difference between it and the full BIS offering is that only one web-based e-mail account is allowed instead of 10.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are dedicated to providing our customers\u2019 real value for money and tailor-made offerings. Being first to market also demonstrates the flexibility in our state of the art systems and network,\u201d said 8ta boss Amith Maharaj<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This offer will be available from Sunday 17 June 2012 at 8ta flagships stores and Telkom Direct stores, 8ta said.<\/p>\n
