{"id":156407,"date":"2017-02-09T13:30:19","date_gmt":"2017-02-09T11:30:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=156407"},"modified":"2017-02-09T13:30:19","modified_gmt":"2017-02-09T11:30:19","slug":"ubereats-reaches-new-areas-in-joburg-and-cape-town","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/internet\/156407\/ubereats-reaches-new-areas-in-joburg-and-cape-town\/","title":{"rendered":"UberEATS reaches new areas in Joburg and Cape Town"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>UberEats \u2013 an on-demand meal delivery service powered by Uber, is set to expand in Johannesburg and Cape Town.<\/p>\n<p>Following a successful launch in Cape Town in January, and in Joburg in 2016, the delivery service will expand to the Roodepoort area, including Cosmo City, Honeydew, RadioKop and Weltevredenpark, and will also reach further to the Cape Town Southern Suburbs of Rondebosch, Newlands, Claremont, Bishopscourt and Mowbray.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The uptake since launch has been phenomenal, Joburg and Cape Town have been great and we\u2019re so excited about the potential.
