Jasco Enterprise<\/a>, a provider of customer interaction management solutions and services, has partnered with Verint Systems<\/a>, a provider of workforce optimisation (WFO) and analytics solutions.<\/p>\n

The partnership will broaden Jasco Enterprise\u2019s portfolio of offerings, adding value to Jasco\u2019s client base, especially its contact centre clientele in the retail, security and financial services sectors. For Verint, it\u2019s an opportunity to expand the company\u2019s local footprint and extend its reach into Africa, the group says.<\/p>\n

Jasco Enterprise is part of JSE<\/a>-listed\u00a0Jasco Group which has three vertical segments: ICT Solutions, Industry Solutions and Energy Solutions.<\/p>\n

Paul Fick<\/a>, divisional MD of Jasco Enterprise said: \u201cThe timing was just right for this partnership: we were looking for a leading technology partner to complement our call centre offering, and Verint was looking for a partner with a proven track record in delivering world class solutions to help unlock a relatively new market.\u201d<\/p>\n

Verint\u2019s Workforce Optimisation suite provides support for Jasco\u2019s core contact centre and other communication platform solutions. It provides the full range of traditional WFO solutions, including workforce management, recording, quality monitoring, performance management and e-learning, as well as the vital advanced and value-add optimisation capabilities \u2013 namely the capture and analysis of customer feedback across various channels, desktop analytics, and more.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis partnership will enhance our overall integrated offering, allowing us to add more value to our customers\u2019 businesses,\u201d\u00a0Fick said.<\/p>\n

Globally, Verint is a provider to over 10,000 organisations, including over 85% of the Fortune 100, in more than 150 countries. It has 3,200 employees across 54 countries and a worldwide partner network. In South Africa and Africa, Verint will only work through its partners.<\/p>\n
