{"id":158695,"date":"2017-03-21T15:00:41","date_gmt":"2017-03-21T13:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=158695"},"modified":"2017-03-20T17:24:34","modified_gmt":"2017-03-20T15:24:34","slug":"__trashed-35__trashed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/business\/158695\/__trashed-35__trashed\/","title":{"rendered":"15 high-paying jobs in South Africa with the least amount of stress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An October 2016\u00a0survey conducted by mental wellness advocate, Pharma Dynamics, revealed which careers rank among the most stressful in South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Almost 2,000 respondents living and working in South Africa participated in the online survey, which aimed to measure job-related stress based on several stress triggers.<\/p>\n<p>These included factors such as the physical and mental demands of a job, deadlines, how much traveling is required, whether it entails working long hours, being exposed to public scrutiny, dealing with conflict and generally what type of risks are associated with various professions.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the findings, pilots claimed the top spot overall, largely due to the high degree of personal risk the job poses to themselves and others.
