Pick n Pay said it intends on\u00a0cutting the everyday prices of over 1,300 essential items, and putting more than 1,000 items on special with this investment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.timeslive.co.za\/thetimes\/2017\/03\/23\/No-SAA-ban-on-laptops-in-cabin1\">South African Airways says it is not following US president Donald Trump&#8217;s ban of electronics bigger than a smartphone, on flights entering the US.<\/a><\/strong> Trump signed off on the ban, which affects flights from Middle East and North African countries. South Africans travelling to the US via any of these countries will have to take note of the ban. Emirates, which operates in and out of South Africa is affected by the ban.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The UK is reeling from what has been described as the worst terror attack in decades, where 5 people have been killed, and over 40 injured in an attack new Westminster Abbey.
