{"id":168783,"date":"2017-04-06T10:07:58","date_gmt":"2017-04-06T08:07:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=168783"},"modified":"2017-04-06T10:07:58","modified_gmt":"2017-04-06T08:07:58","slug":"beware-carboard-cut-out-cop-cars-on-sa-roads","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/lifestyle\/168783\/beware-carboard-cut-out-cop-cars-on-sa-roads\/","title":{"rendered":"Beware carboard cut-out cop cars on SA roads"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Motorists travelling on sections of the N1 and N4 in Gauteng and surrounds have reported a <span class=\"st\">cardboard cut-out of a metro police vehicle, which is part of a safety initiative ahead of the Easter break.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arrivealive.co.za\/news.aspx?s=3&amp;i=29647&amp;page=Is-this-the-ultimate-ghost-car-Will-it-make-roads-safer\" target=\"_blank\">Arrive Alive<\/a><\/strong> has posted <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/_ArriveAlive\/status\/849662313993035776\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>photos<\/strong><\/a> of a large board in the shape of a Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD) car, which was placed on the\u00a0N4 before Rosslyn.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;On the Arrive Alive website, we plead for visible and effective traffic enforcement.
