{"id":169441,"date":"2017-04-10T08:48:48","date_gmt":"2017-04-10T06:48:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=169441"},"modified":"2017-04-10T08:48:48","modified_gmt":"2017-04-10T06:48:48","slug":"fnb-extends-free-wi-fi-offering","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/banking\/169441\/fnb-extends-free-wi-fi-offering\/","title":{"rendered":"FNB extends free Wi-Fi offering"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Banking group FNB says it has increased the number of branches offering free WI-FI to customers, reaching 383 as at February 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The bank said that by January 2017 over 200,000 customers connected to the internet via free WI-FI in branches.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The fundamental aim of this initiative is to offer cheaper banking alternatives for customers through the availability free high speed Wi-Fi.
