The KZN ANC say that the deputy president undermined party structures and want action to be taken against him.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesslive.co.za\/bd\/companies\/energy\/2017-05-11-eskom-cut-corners-in-race-to-approve-gupta-owned-tegeta-deal-report-reveals\/\">A new report by PwC on Eskom has found that the power utility cut corners trying to get a deal with the Gupta-owned mining company Tegeta\u00a0Exploration and Resources pushed through as quickly as possible<\/a><\/strong>. Among the issues, PwC found that Tegeta did not make sure that Tegeta went through the group&#8217;s\u00a0supplier development programme &#8211; a compulsory step.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ewn.co.za\/2017\/05\/11\/da-to-approach-court-if-zuma-fails-to-submit-written-reasons-over-reshuffling\">President Jacob Zuma has until today to deliver his record and reasons for his latest cabinet reshuffle, with the DA threatening to approach the courts once again if he fails to supply them<\/a><\/strong>. Yesterday, the president&#8217;s legal team said they would apply for leave to appeal the ruling which is forcing the president to supply the reasons. Despite this, the DA says the ruling was an interlocutory order and needs to be complied with, regardless.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.co.za\/2017\/05\/10\/afriforum-private-security-in-coligny-will-only-step-in-if-priv_a_22079994\/?utm_hp_ref=za-homepage\">Civil interest group AfriForum has deployed private security to crisis-hit Coligny, where residents have spent the past week or so rioting and destroying property.<\/a><\/strong> AfriForum said that the private security would not interfere with the SAPS&#8217; work, and would only protect private property.
