Digital transformation continues to\u00a0dominate boardroom discussions according to\u00a0Jacques Loubser, chief of infrastructure solutions at BCX as they understand and realise the benefits it can bring to their organisations.<\/p>\n
“Organisations must understand what they will be able to do is to use technology to gain better access to their customers,” said\u00a0Loubser speaking at MyBroadband’s Cloud and Hosting Conference.<\/p>\n
“Businesses can use technology to understand what their customers want, how they can improve their customer relationships and use technology to improve their business processes.”<\/p>\n
He noted that within the next two years there would be a dramatic shift in South Africa’s business landscape as companies finally swing from a 50\/50 reliance on physical and digital infrastructure towards\u00a0a 45\/55 split in favour of\u00a0digital infrastructure.<\/p>\n
