International travel website HGTV, in association with LeadingRE and Luxury Portfolio International, have released a shortlist of 8 international homes in its “Ultimate House Hunt”.<\/p>\n

The shortlist features homes from across the world including properties in the Dominican Republic, Greece, Malaysia, Costa Rica, Canada and two properties from South Africa – \u00a0one in Ballito in KZN and the other in Kenton-on-Sea in the Eastern Cape.<\/p>\n

The properties were identified\u00a0as those that they felt would be most appealing to their audience\u00a0\u2013 based on factors such as unique amenities, location and inspirational design.<\/p>\n

Dubbed “The Forest House”, this fully automated home in Ballito features\u00a04 bedrooms en-suite, a theatre room, 2 lounges, superior finishes, double garage and ample parking.<\/p>\n
