“A lot of this growth has been in response to the need for entrepreneurship within organisations, thanks to startups setting a new tone of business worldwide.”<\/p>\n
Pricing and services<\/strong><\/h3>\nPerch Rosebank is accessible to a membership community who subscribe on a monthly basis, and it is also open to walk-ins through day passes and week passes.<\/p>\n
The membership costs R3,200 per month, while day and weekly passes are R250 and R1,000 respectively.<\/p>\n
The premises are open five days a week, from 8:00am to 5:00pm and include high speed Wi-Fi, office services like printing, locker facilities and ample parking space.<\/p>\n
Users of Perch Rosebank will have access to hideaway private work spaces, state of the art meeting rooms with video conferencing facilities.<\/p>\n
The company also said that it plans to add biometric access, which will allow for members to use the premises for up to 24 hours a day, including weekends.<\/p>\n
There is also a coffee shop on the premises, serving beverages and light meals.<\/p>\n
