{"id":204016,"date":"2017-10-10T11:23:09","date_gmt":"2017-10-10T09:23:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=204016"},"modified":"2017-10-10T11:23:09","modified_gmt":"2017-10-10T09:23:09","slug":"bcx-announces-sale-of-netcampus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/telecommunications\/204016\/bcx-announces-sale-of-netcampus\/","title":{"rendered":"BCX announces sale of NetCampus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Business telecommunications company, BCX, has announced the sale of wholly-owned subsidiary Netcampus.<\/p>\n<p>The sale of Netcampus will take the form of a management buyout with current managing executive, Tebogo Makgatho, taking 70% of the company while the remaining 30% will be sold to Telkom FutureMakers &#8211; Telkom\u2019s enterprise development programme.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With the completion of this transaction, Netcampus will now be able to focus on their core strengths and more effectively compete in the ICT sector with a stronger market offering.
