{"id":204988,"date":"2017-10-13T11:06:49","date_gmt":"2017-10-13T09:06:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/?p=204988"},"modified":"2017-10-13T11:07:32","modified_gmt":"2017-10-13T09:07:32","slug":"dstv-customers-in-a-complex-can-now-get-signal-through-their-fibre-line","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/media\/204988\/dstv-customers-in-a-complex-can-now-get-signal-through-their-fibre-line\/","title":{"rendered":"DStv customers in a complex can now get signal through their fibre line"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DStv customers who live in an estate, complex, or apartment block and have a fibre network installed can now get signal to their decoders using their fibre.<\/p>\n<p>MultiChoice said the solution will use a\u00a0centralised satellite dish for the estate, complex, or apartment block to provide viewers with their DStv feed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFibre distribution makes use of the latest technology and is a great solution for existing and new communal DStv systems that need to be updated,\u201d said MultiChoice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe system uses a single, shared satellite dish and then distributes the signal into individual homes using the fibre optic network.
