A R220 million development in Umhlanga is currently under construction, and upon completion will serve at the regional headquarters for auditing firm, KPMG.<\/p>\n

The Pran Boulevard development, built by Shree Property Holdings and designed by the Paragon Group, will offer over 6,500 square metres of lettable space with office functions, canteens, and a coffee shop.<\/p>\n

It is located in the heart of Umhlanga’s Ridgeside precinct, which is currently one of South Africa\u2019s most attractive mixed-use investment destinations and is pegged to be the future high-end CBD of Durban.<\/p>\n

The concept was based on a building that could be single or multi-tenanted, Paragon said, with the structure divided into two buildings – one of which will be occupied by KPMG, and the other by the developers themselves.<\/p>\n

According to Shree, two other office spaces (600 square metres and 660 square metres) are available for other businesses, letting for R115,000 and R125,000 per month, respectively.<\/p>\n

The development broke ground in November 2016, and the building is expected to be completed by May 2018.<\/p>\n
