Telkom Business has announced lower prices and higher monthly usage limits on its TBiz capped ADSL products. This follows a June announcement of greater value on TBiz uncapped products, and the start of network speed upgrades announced today.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe pre-bundled TBiz products now offer a range of enhanced features on the higher line speeds making them suitable to the higher end business users,\u201d Telkom said in a press statement.<\/p>\n
The latest value improvement has been applied across a range of bundles to include higher caps, upgrades to the Starter Business VAS (Value-Added Services) packages, and the addition of a Specialised Business VAS package.<\/p>\n
The Specialised Business VAS package gives larger businesses more e-mail accounts, web-hosting, and online storage. Both Starter and Specialised VAS packages include .co.za domain name and business tools.<\/p>\n
\u201cThese quality improvements are an on-going process based on the feedback from our business customers. Enhancements at an ISP level allows for benefits that are passed on to customers,\u201d said Steve Lewis, Telkom\u2019s managing executive: product house.<\/p>\n
Another change is the account transition capability. Customers can now move seamlessly between capped accounts, and even into uncapped usage accounts, without losing their credentials, e-mail accounts or web-hosted data.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis removes the barrier to upgrade for our customers by allowing them to enjoy ISP services based on spend or how much of the Internet they wish to use. This is also part of Telkom Internet\u2019s commitment towards improved customer experience,\u201d said Lewis.<\/p>\n
