In October, the Top Employers Institute released its updated list of certified top employers in South Africa, adding 15 new companies to the list of employers who provide the best environment for their employees.<\/p>\n
The research recognises employers that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organisation, and which strive to continuously optimise employment practices.<\/p>\n
These companies also typically stand out as having some of the coolest job perks in the industry, as they try to cultivate pleasant work environments and employees who enjoy going into work every day.<\/p>\n
BusinessTech looked at some of these top companies across South Africa, and some of the awesome benefits they offer their employees.<\/p>\n
