Each post was then coded and verified by crowd members, who assessed the sentiment of the post.<\/p>\n<p>For its 2017 Index, BrandsEye also partnered with Certified Customer Experience (CX) Professional and expert, Julia Ahlfeldt, developer of the Net Experience Effect, a barometer for the health of brand\u2019s customer experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Looking at the CX analysis,\u00a0banks performed the best against their \u201c<em>Value Proposition<\/em>\u201d (-11.7% sentiment), with this theme being the most talked about among consumers. \u00a0Of these, Capitec scored +34.9% while Nedbank scored +1.2%.<\/p>\n<p><a  data-lightbox=\"post-image\" href=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/CX-performance.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-209209\" src=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/CX-performance.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1348\" height=\"834\" srcset=\"https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/CX-performance.png 1348w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/CX-performance-300x186.png 300w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/CX-performance-768x475.png 768w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/CX-performance-1024x634.png 1024w, https:\/\/businesstech.co.za\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/CX-performance-1200x742.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1348px) 100vw, 1348px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>All banks performed poorly on \u201c<em>Ease of use<\/em>\u201d averaging a net sentiment of \u2013 74.7%. The lowest individual score was Nedbank (-83.4%) and highest was FNB (-55.6%).<\/p>\n<p><em>Resolution of issues<\/em> was also a pain point with an average score of -56,6%. Nedbank customers highlighted this as a concern.
