BCX has appointed Rapelang Rabana as its new chief digital officer.<\/p>\n
“Rabana will fill a pivotal role for the South African technology company as it seeks to further enable disruptive, innovative technology,” the company said in a statement on Thursday.<\/p>\n
“As Chief Digital Officer, Rapelang will be responsible for driving innovation at BCX, and will play an integral role in developing the digital strategies for key customers.<\/p>\n
“She will also be tasked with developing new innovations and businesses and bringing them to scale,” it said.<\/p>\n
Rabana’s previous roles include being the founder and CEO of learning technology company Rekindle Learning, and serving as an executive director of Nisela Capital – a Sub Saharan African advisory, asset management and private equity firm,<\/p>\n

She will officially join BCX on 1 December 2017.<\/p>\n
